- No refunds for missed webinars or cancellations less than 48 hours before the event
- If a webinar is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session

- Full refund if cancelled more than 72 hours before the scheduled consultation
- 50% refund if cancelled between 24-72 hours before the scheduled consultation
- No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the consultation
